For Time:
6 Deadlift
6 Power Clean
6 Push Press
6 Clean and Jerk
6 Power Snatch
6 Overhead Squat
Now before you cry, this is the plan: Choose a weight that will be used consistently with each movement. It might be light for one movement but heavy for another so choose wisely. Each movement is to be performed with strict technique.
