7/10/14 – Tabata WTF!!!

Tabata: of:   Assault Bike (Cal) - REST 1 MINS - DB Thruster (2x20,2x15) - REST 1 MINS - Row (meters) - REST 1 MINS - Sit Ups *Tabata protocol consists of a MAX reps effort over a 20 second period, immediately followed by a 10 second rest. 8 intervals of each movement   Post total number of reps for each movement , and total combined number to comments.
