Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 Minutes

of:

30 Burpee Over Bar

Max Overhead Squats in time remaining

 .

REST 4 Mins.

Repeat for total of 3 AMRAPS

Reduce weight on bar each time.

Max Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats in time remaining

 .

REST 4 Mins.

Repeat for total of 3 AMRAPS

Reduce weight on dumbbell each time if possible.

Swap arms every 10 reps.
