Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) For 10 Mins;
Perform the following complex either once or twice:
Snatch Grip Dead Lift
Hang Power Snatch
Overhead Squat
– Then with no rest period, go in to part b which is:
Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Mins:
Kettlebell Swings (24kg, 16kg)*
Burpee Over Bar*
*Choose a starting rep scheme of 4, 5, or 6 reps of each. Note also that at round 6 the reps will be increased by 2!
AND AND AND for burpees to considered “as RX” they need to be CBD style! (that means chest only to the ground – no floppies!!)
Post load for EMOM a, and post chosen rep scheme & number of burpees completed in final round to comments.
