For Technique & Success:

 

 A):

Every Minute On The Minute, for 12 Mins:

 

1 Full Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch (Building, but NO misses!)

 

– REST 2 MINS –

B):

 Every 30 Seconds For 5 Mins:

 

1 Power Snatch 

 

– Then Straight into….. –

 

C):

Every 15 Seconds For 2 Mins:

 

1 Power Snatch

 

 

 

 

Post best successful load from Part ‘A’ and the load moved on Parts’ ‘B’ & ‘C’ to comments.
