- Getting a fair dose of volume in on your Olympic lifting today.
- Starting out with 5's we want you to use those initial work sets to get a good feel to the movement. We will also ask that you go "touch & go" on them. Add a bit of barbell cycling flair to the occasion. Start more conservative so you can intentionally build on each set toward those heavy singles at the tail end.
- Hone in on your footwork too so that as you progress up in the weight you will stay consistent wth your catch under that bar. #NObambilegshere.
- Get round your mates, watch them lift, cheer them on, grab sone high fives and it'll be a good day!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
