- In celebration of the Reebok CrossFit Games Regionals we are going to tackles one of the very same events the athletes will be hitting. This weekend sees the turn our very own Pacific Region take to the floor. It will be electrifying & and with the likes of the Worlds Fittest & second Fittest Women going head to head it will surely be something not to be missed!!
- If you are keen on watching any of the action, (be rude not to seeing as its in our time zone for once!!), head over to games.crossfit.com for the live stream. The action kicks off today (Friday) at 9am.
- Now, back to this fine doozy of a WoD!! The weight is heavy at the start! If we are unable to hit up 20 reps at this weight then SCALE it back to around 80-85% of your 1rm.
- For the second barbell, this is meant as light weight. One that, when fresh, you could knock out around 5-7 reps off the bat. If you need percentages then no more that 65% goes on the barbell!
- Find a pace on the burpees that will allow you to keep moving.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Now we won't hit you up with the same time cap as there pro's. Nup, instead lets go with a 15 min time cap. Scale as needed.
