- Going all geeky today & needing out on our Olympic Lifting.
- The first 'EMOM' is there to hone in our positions through all the different stages of the Snatch movement. Build the load if your movement is going well. We are using this to build toward the second EMOM.
- On the second one lats build to a Heavy Single for the day! Today we hit full SQUAT Snatches.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
