- If you can handle this weight unbroken (AND with good form!!) then you have but one option - RUN FASTER!!
- Of you do not think you'd be able to go unbroken then hang back on that a run a touch to allow yourself the best chance to pick it straight up when you get up those stairs.
- On the cleans make sure your elbows come all the way through AND you stand it up fully before embarking on the next rep.
- NO push jerks allowed. This isn't a "shoulder to overhead" day. You Dip. You Drive. And You PRESS.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 18 Min Time Cap.
- Scale As needed.
