3 Rounds For Time:
China Town Run
21 Burpees

- Pace your runs to allow you to keep the burpees flowing
- 15 Min Time Cap
- Scale as needed.
Afterbash:
Barbell Bent Over Row, 3 x 10
- Underhand grip.
- Same weight across the sets.

.Post time & B.O.R loads to Beyond The Whiteboard.
Wishing Bic & Jason all the very best of luck this weekend as they tackles the Surf Coast Century. Yup Bic is hitting a massive 100km trail run! And Jason going in for the 50km race.
Bic has stuck to her training & recovery diligently We know she will smash it and we are all super proud of her!! She has also adjusted her diet to a super clean one and is flourishing on it.
Another avid runner of ours, Jason P, has been hitting up tons of races in the lead up and has been adding in lots of rowing up here to help along the journey. Well done Jase! We know you will thrive over the distance!
Both of these awesome humans have added in CrossFit training (& have been been for a long time now) to compliment her running & it shows on the race courses just how strong they are on the tracks.
