- Well & truly getting back on the horse with this one.
- The thrusters are prescribed as a lightweight one. Choose a weight you know you can do all 21 reps done unbroken.
- The rows are at a distance that we need to find a pace to shoot for. Aim to have each row done around the 3 minute mark.
- Overall goal today is to get onto the rower in the second round.
- Scale any numbers needed to meet these aims.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
