Every Minute On The Minute For 20 minutes:
Min 1: MAX Calories Air Assault Bike
Min 2: 20 Air Squats
Min 3: 15 Power Snatch (35 / 25 kg)
Min 4: 15 Box Jumps (24" / 20")
Min 5: 30 second Hollow Hold

- Some of the minutes are high tempo (Bike Cal & Power Snatches). Some are low tempo (the rest of them). Go hard on the UP tempo & recover well on the low tempo minutes. Stick to this prescription & don't try to go all HAM on every single minute.
- Your score is the Bike Calories only!! Don't game any of them!!
- Scale As needed.
