- Super test of upper body gymnastics looking to develop strength, stamina, skill-set, ability, etc.
- The reps are low today overall BUT the standards are HARD!! L-pull ups are perhaps the most challenging of all Strict pull ups.
- A great way to approach today would be to target one of the two moves as the one to hit very hard standards on. And on the other take a bit of the edge off of. An example would be to scale the L-pull Ups and hit the HPSU full bore!
- The point of a workout like todays is to push the needle. To have a goal point for people to aspire toward. It isn’t necessarily about how quick you go (or slow!) today. It’s about making you better/stronger for tomorrow.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
