- Workouts like the one here are all about moving fast! The bar is intended to be light-to-moderate at best. Strive for the reps to be unbroken. The doubles are plentiful. Should you find the skipping "easy" why not show us your skills & do each sets unbroken and with mastery?
- All up look to complete this WoD in under 6 minutes. (10 min cap).
- Little something afterward too! 🙂
