6 - 9 - 12 - 9 - 6 (reps):
Burpee Over Bar
Front Squats (70 / 47.5 kg)

- Do not be deceived by the "low" rep scheme ahead of you. This one is spicy!
- Pick a weight that you can go unbroken on the 6's & move that heavy barbell!
- These two moves compliment each other nicely allowing you to move and keep your power output high! Just remember to breathe along the way!
- Oh & if you haven't already guessed it, the barbell is to be taken from the floor. How else are you going to do your Burpee Over Bar??
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 15 Min Time Cap.
- Scale As needed.
