With A 12 Minute Clock, Complete For REPS:
1 Minute of Swings
1 Minute of Plank Hold
2 Minutes of Swings
2 Minutes of Plank Hold
3 Minutes of Swings
3 Minutes of Plank Hold

Use a Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Sandbag or heavy object of choice.
For the Plank Hold count 1 'rep' for every 5 seconds held (1 minute unbroken = max of 12 'reps')
