- Lets go into that dark place today. Were have three movements but they never get to meet each other in the workout. This effectively makes this three single modality workouts rolled into one big rep-fest!
- Look to open up with a large set. Whatever that number may look like for you. Set the tone and then just look to get to work. As soon as you stop pick up the ball as soon as possible. Whether our not you throw it straight away is another matter but you are more ready to roll than the person across form you still staring at theirs on the floor.
- Today is about work capacity. Quite simply, how m such work can you get done in a 5 minute segment??
- Show us the goods!! You know you want to!
- Overall goal today is Wall Ball = Aim for large sets & getting over 75 reps or more. KB swing = As above. Burpee to bar = Yep you guessed it! As above again!! Go get yourself some reps!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
