WoD: "Anti Ageing"
Every Minute On The Minute Until Failure (12 min/round cap)
of:
3 Deadlifts + 1 Burpee Over Bar
3 Deadlifts + 2 Burpee Over Bar
3 Deadlifts + 3 Burpee Over Bar
3 Deadlifts + 4 Burpee Over Bar
3 + 5, 3 +6, etc etc..........

- Heavy workout ahead! As well as our Strength Days we want you to be able to lift heavy inside of MetCons too. After all this can replicate life & competition pretty well (the ability to move well with a high heart rate).
- This one plays with your mindset a lot. The Deadlifts always stay at 3 reps. Be dang sure you have braced properly before lifting the bar!! The Burpees keep creeping up by a rep every round. The first few rounds won't trouble you all that much. Its about round 5/6 that this WoD very much comes alive!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 12 Min Time Cap. Scale as needed.
