Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Minutes

- 7 Minutes could quite possibly be one of the worst time domains out there for a workout. Not long enough for you to try & "pace" your way through but not so short that you can "sprint" your way through. Lucky for you that you get to hit the 7 minute domain twice today! 🙂
- We are kinda setting you up here by putting moves & rep schemes that will (hopefully) suck you in. The row is short, get after it!! The Doubles in the first one want to be attacked to be be completed in 30 seconds or less. Scale the rep number down as needed to hit this aim.
- The Knees To Elbows in part two are the curve ball of the day. Often mistaken as the scaled cousin of the more famous "Toes To Bar". Oh you could not be more wrong! The lat engagement required to pull your torso back that bit further (so you can actually reach your knee cap to touch the pointy part of your elbow) is really demanding. (Unless you are Ben B!!).
- Oh, one more thing, if you are going to claim "RX" Knees To Elbows then you actually need to touch the e-l-b-o-w. NOT the bicep or armpit areas!! 😉
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
