- Ten sets to find out what you got in the tank. Use today to progressively add weight each set (so long as you are meeting the points of performance). Few things to bear in mind. We will be be using an overhand grip for any weighted sets (Scaling options will be approached a bit differently). We will still be looking for a nice hollow body, even with a dumbbell between the legs. And lastly, these reps are too be STRICT. No one will be kipping today!!
