After each run REST the exact same time it took you before going again.

- HoooooooooEeeeee!!!!
- This is a helluva WoD to round out the working week! Off the face of it it may seem "easy" just having the one move in there, and that move is a "simple" thing like running. But look closer at what we are asking you to do.
- This is running intervals with NO other interference. After each run we will rest the exact same time it took us the run the distance. This is known as a "1:1" work to rest ratio. What this means is that we can get a decent amount of recovery. Perhaps not enough to fully recover but it's enough to allow to really hit the next run with some gusto.
- All this adds up to some serious spiciness. It's going to burn thats for sure!!

- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
