- Fitness comes in many forms. Conditioning or "training" gets you physically fit. No doubt about it. Yet it can hit a supposed plateau if you get stuck on a movement. This is where skills come into play.
- Developing skill sets, be it high skill moves or low, are a pathway to continual development. Is there a move on your CrossFit bucket list you want to work on? Then these days are the ticket for you.
- We cant always expect to hit new things in WoDs all the time. Days like this as worth their weight in gold.
- Overall goal today is choose something you want to work on and look to make improvements.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
