Pre-WoD Work:
Complete 4 Rounds for LOAD & Quality
of:
4 Turkish Sit-Ups + 2 Turkish Get Ups
(4 + 2 on EACH arm is one round).

WoD:
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 9 Minutes
of:
60 Sit-Ups
50 V-Ups
40 Straight Leg Sit-Ups
30 Hollow Rocks
20 Second L-Sit Hold
.
If you have access, replace the 50 v-up with toes to bar,
and replace the 40 SL-sit up with v-ups
.
