- Yep, sets of 5 are a tough ask of any movement for strength. Couple the fact you are to hold onto the bar for all five reps AND forcibly drive up & the UNDER that bar to stick the landing. And you've a recipe for a great days lifting!!
- Really hone in on your footwork here. You want your feet to be landing in the same to similar places that you would squat into. Then with regard to you arms, you NEED to pull yourself back around & UNDER that bar. You do NOT need to be trying to pull the bar over your head. Get under it & slam the quad-brakes on to keep it above parallel!

- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
