  WoD - "Double Dipping"

AMRAP in 3 Minutes:

  • Spicy Interval style WoD. Be composed on your Double Under & buy yourself enough time to rack up  a ton of wall balls!
  • This is Fitness served up on a plate. Tuck in!!
  • Some Single Leg / Single Arm work beforehand so come in with your wits about you 🙂
  • The CrossFit Open feels like its only around the corner. Well it is only 77 days away y'know so lets get after it!!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
