- Classic Open WoD done here many a time before. This is equal parts conditioning & skill. Can you hold onto your skills whilst your heart rate is sky high? Can you hold onto the barbell to get 15 reps done in 1-2 sets?
- This is one hell of a 10 minute workout. Just the two moves and nothing is Heavy whatsoever. Lets go!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
