Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes:

30 Double Unders

15 Snatches (35 / 25 kg)

  • Classic Open WoD done here many a time before. This is equal parts conditioning & skill. Can you hold onto your skills whilst your heart rate is sky high? Can you hold onto the barbell to get 15 reps done in 1-2 sets?
  • This is one hell of a 10 minute workout. Just the two moves and nothing is Heavy whatsoever. Lets go!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
