- The hang power clean is a wicked movement for teaching/learning/re-learning the middle phase of the full move (the clean itself). It is soooo valuable to get right as it is THE fastest portion of the clean movement. The art of rapidly opening your hips and the subsequent re-closing of them again. You are never too good to make this better.
- Aim to build on each set today. This is a nicely designed workout for you to attempt as 1 rep max in this lift.
