After extensive testing Daniel & Trent indeed found out that looking down at the bikes wheel does in fact nothing to help your time go faster!

1 Mile on the Air Assault Bike

B: 3 MAX Effort sets:

Push-Ups

  • Rest 4-5 Mins between bike efforts
  • Super-set A & B.
  • Scale as needed

Post TGU's. Bike times & Push-Up sets to Beyond The Whiteboard.
