- The overhead squat is a simple yet nettlesome movement. Sounds simple in the regard of "just" putting an object over your head and sitting down with it. If only it were that easy!
- You need to actively push into the barbell with all your might. Set your body in tight and then descend down all the way whilst not allowing anything to change overhead.
- Today the weight is uber lightweight! Go for broke and see if you can knock out the 50 reps in one go!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
