WoD: "Clean Up Your Act"

- Ending the working week on a lovely "heavy day". These days are fantastic for refining the techniques that live behind the olympic lifts. Today we go for 5 singles. We will work to a timer so that we can ensure adequate rest and also put the pressure back on ourselves to only allow 5 lifts to find that heavy number.
- There will be a lot going on beforehand to prime the movements and get some volume in. Any style of clean & jerk is permitted. Squat clean. Power clean. Push jerk or Split jerk. You go for gold!!
- Overall goal today is to build to a "Heavy Single for the day" across the 5 working sets. Aim to be in and around the 85%-95% mark of a current 1RM.
- Let's start the year right!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
