- We will score EACH move SEPARATELY today. This means NO SANDBAGGING one of the moves over another. Go hard on each & every minute you are working and see what your Fitness will do in return. By "gaming" it you are missing out on key components to your overall state of Fitness (one of those being how to deal with tasks under lots of fatigue).
