WoD: "The Olé Chipper"

For Time:

80 Double Unders

70 Wall Balls (9 / 6, 10ft both)

60 Calorie Row

50 Hang Power Cleans (42.5 / 30 kg)

40 Push Ups

30 Box Jumps (24" / 20")

20 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (42.5 / 30 kg)

  • Love a good chipper.
  • So you must complete the entire rep scheme on one move before moving on to the next (do all 70 wall ball then move onto the rower).
  • 22 Min Time Cap
  • Rest as needed between sets

Post time or reps left to go if time capped to Beyond The Whiteboard.
