70 Wall Balls (9 / 6, 10ft both)
60 Calorie Row
50 Hang Power Cleans (42.5 / 30 kg)
40 Push Ups
30 Box Jumps (24" / 20")
20 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (42.5 / 30 kg)

- Love a good chipper.
- So you must complete the entire rep scheme on one move before moving on to the next (do all 70 wall ball then move onto the rower).
- 22 Min Time Cap
- Rest as needed between sets
