- This is spicy to say the least. Its moderate volume on the muscle-up but is low volume on the burpee! Plan your way around each round and you will find yourself breathing very heavy indeed!!
- Move faster than you think you should and feel that rush at the end,
- Overall goal today is to light your hair on fire and get this done in 5-7 minutes!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
