- Olympic lifting is equal parts strength, speed, technique & mobility. you need to have all components to a place where they allow you to work around that barbell (notice we said to work around the bar, NOT making the bar worth around you!).
- Each section is designed to build on the previous one. Use the Power Snatch as a primer (so don't go chasing a new 3RM today). Build on to the Snatch balance (no rack by the way) & aim to add weight as we go.
- Then it all leads to the Snatch. This is a FULL SQUAT snatch by the way (of course it is!!). Really & truly, if you're used the Power Snatch & Snatch Balance as primers then its all been leading to this point. go out there & try for a new weigh ton the bar!
- Cheer your mates on in the process ands lets have a kick-ass day!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
