- Very taxing workout to round out your working week. There's a whole lot going on here that you need to keep your wits about you the whole time.
- The Dumbbell is a touch heavier than normal. Work hard not to over-muscle these as your shoulders will hate you for it in the other moves.
- Those Box jumps are on the high side. Add in the spice of the burpee before each rep and these will surely keep you working hard.
- Lastly those Strict HSPU. Not a huge volume but taking into consideration the shoulder work that goes before it it will become a real challenge. Aim to keep each round to 2-3 sets max.
- Push through, use your awesome technique and you'll be just fine!!
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
