 WoD: "Headspin"

Complete 6 Rounds For Time:

12 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean & Jerks

9 Burpee Box Jumps

6 Strict Handstand Push Ups

M: 25kg DB. 30" Box. --- | --- W: 17.5kg DB. 24" Box

.

  • Very taxing workout to round out your working week. There's a whole lot going on here  that you need to keep your wits about you the whole time.
  • The Dumbbell is a touch heavier than normal. Work hard not to over-muscle these as your shoulders will hate you for it in the other moves.
  • Those Box jumps are on the high side. Add in the spice of the burpee before each rep and these will surely keep you working hard.
  • Lastly those Strict HSPU. Not a huge volume but taking into consideration the shoulder work that goes before it it will become a real challenge. Aim to keep each round to 2-3 sets max.
  • Push through, use your awesome technique and you'll be just fine!!
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
