- You've had some moments this week where you had to haul tail wayyyy faster than you'd like to. today you know this WoD will be a bit longer than your average workout. This means finding a groove to strike your way through in a consistent fashion.
- Don't over-pace & take it easy, find an uncomfortable pace that you can hold.
- There is also a lot of jumps ahead of you too! We will of course take our time to amply warm you up for it all but be sure you are taking ownership of those legs and really get those pins warm. don't just see the warm up as a token bunch of moves that you don't really get into. You will be thankful the next day if you throughly warm those calves up.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- 25 Min Time Cap.
