1 Sub-45 second 250m / 200m Row
50 Unbroken Double Unders

If the row takes longer than 45 seconds, or if you trip up on your double-unders, redo it before moving back to the other exercise.

- Spicy as all hell! This one is asking you to row at near maximal pace (meaning you gotta to 'that' place!). On top of that you need to display some skills too!
- As it states above, if you don't hit your target time on the rower, or you trip up on the rope, then you must redo that move before going to the other one! Harsh yes, but what it can teach us is exactly what our near max-pace looks like & not just shoot in the dark (or go the other way and see us sandbag the row in favour of resting pace).
- This will then it challenges us to listen to out bodies and see exactly how many seconds rest would you need in order to successfully complete the task in front of you.
- Be as clinical as possible & show us what you got!
