30 Wall Ball Shots
90 Double Unders

(M = 9kg Ball to 10ft / W = 6kg Ball to 9ft).

- Todays WoD gives you massive dose of "can you hold out whilst fatigued?" Namely put, can you run hard for a few minutes, then get back in here, pick up the ball & go big on that Wall Ball? Then after that are you able to compose yourself enough to then knock out a large number of Double Unders in a small number of sets?
- Answers on a postcard please!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 25 min time cap. Scale as needed. Get after it! Happy Friday!!
- Don't forget, tomorrow we hold the CrossFit Team Series WoDs on the ROD. Some will be a part of your Saturday class. some can be done in Open Gym (for those signed up to compete).
