Rowing Calories
In the first 2 minutes Row 21 / 16 Cals
In the second 2 minutes Row 24 / 19 Cals
In the third 2 minutes Row 27 / 22 Cals
In the fourth 2 minutes.........etc

Keep adding 3 cals every two minutes until you are knocked out!

- Oh yes!! "Death By" workouts are notorious for how they turn from manageable one minute to down right disgusting the next!!
- Today we are pairing up to share the love and the workload. Share those Cals anyhow. It starts reasonably challenging straight off the bat and it only gets more spicy!!
- Place some emphasis on hard, powerful rowing. At the end of the day this is a sprint-interval rowing WoD! You will get some rest but it will get less & less each round.
- Keep going until you are knocked out! How far will that be????????
- Let the fun begin!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
