"Oly" Strength WoD:
Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat

- Technical "Heavy Day" on the Rooftop!
- We are working a complex to work our barbell cycling skills, our strength endurance will come into question too. By having us do 3 consecutive reps too, it will also force us down from being too near our 1-rep maxes. This in turn enables us to hit some decent percentage lifts and, at the same time, keep our positions in tip-top form.
- Work to continually drive through your legs in order to aid your hips to reach a full extension point. At this moment you can aggressively pull yourself DOWN & AROUND getting UNDER that bar (notice we didn't say pull up the bar up?!?!). Once the hang power feels fast use that pace to get ALL the way down in to that full squat position!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
