As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 14 Minutes:
7 Handstand Push Ups
7 Front Squats (65 / 45 kg)

-'E2MOM' 3 Bar Muscle Ups (starting at 1:00)-

- At the 1:00 mark do 3 Bar Muscle Ups (Scale is 6 Chest To Bar or 6 Pull Ups). Every odd minute thereafter you will be called back to the pull up bar.
- Front Squats from floor
