12 Hang Power Snatch (35 / 25 kg)
12 Wall Ball Shots (9 / 6 kg, both 10ft)

- Partnering up is great way to add extra excitement to a WoD. You can also lush each other to new heights too!
- Perform in a "you go-I go" style with one partner completing a whole round of 12/12 reps then swap over.
- If numbers are odd & you end up solo then do 5 rounds for time resting 1 minute between the rounds.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
