- Rounding the working week out with some Technical lifting for Strength Day today.
- The Squat Clean is an amazing move to take some large loads through a large range of motion. Lots of CrossFitter's move toward to the Squat Cleans younger brother, the Power Clean as a way to avoid the squat portion. What they are missing out on though is the chance to develop even more musculature, get even more adaptation, and make it a more full-on experience.
- We will be targeting some heavy loads in relation to your max Clean (which should be your Squat Clean and not your Power Clean). This WoD will really get you thinking, and for some of you, will see you hit into the 90's percentage wise. Makes for a great day before your weekend!!
- Get on up here. Move some weight and cheer your friends onto some PR's like they will you!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
