[A]: Oly - Snatch "EMOM"
Every Minute On The Minute x 10 Minutes:
1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat

[B]: Core Complex
4 Rounds:
5 Second Hollow Hold
5 V-Crunches
5 V-Ups
6 Jack-Knives
5 Second Hollow Hold

- Some good technical work on the snatch movement today. The complex itself will be heavy of what it is but the power snatch & overhead squat shouldn't themselves feel too heavy. Go by feel on the snatch balance & build load as per your form allows.
- Your objective is to hit your positions well & move fast!
- The second part is a lovely little midline piece right out of the same stable as the infamous "Durante Core Challenge"!
- The aim is to try to try and go unbroken on your rounds. Rest longer if you between the rounds if you need to.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
