Complete As Many As Rounds As Possible in 26 Miuntes
of:
26 Wall Balls (9 / 7, 10ft)
18 Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)

>> One partner will Run the China Town Run, & will be the pacer <<
.- Fun partner workout today. Embrace mateship & work hard for each other.
- This is how it will work: One partner will hit the China Town Run and act as the PACER. The other teammate will then hit the Couplet of Wall Balls & KB Swings and will keep working until the couplet until their mate has come back & tagged them.
- The person who has just gotten got back in the gym will pick up where their mate left off.
- Lets go!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
