Every Minute, ON The Minute For 16 Mins, Alternate Between:

1-- 7 / 5 Strict Pull Ups

2-- 18/14 Assault Bike Calories

3-- 25 Abmat Sit Ups

4-- 100m KB Farmers Carry (2 x 32 / 2 x 24 kg)

  • Lovely development piece to round out the working week. Don't underestimate the numbers in front of you. You will have to work hard to get through all these moves inside the minute.
  • Work hard, strive for quality & you will be more Fit for the experience.
