- Don't let those 'dubs' become the consuming part of your WoD. Attack them in large sets and be done with them in 90 secs or less. Then the fun starts!
- Yup, your grip is smoked from all the farmers fun yesterday! Well lets see just good your grip is today. The weight is light in the barbell. Get after it & see if you can go unbroken on these sets. (Hint: if you use your hook grip you will find this infinitely easier!).
- Bit of Olympic lifting skill & strength work beforehand. Come on in, its going to be a good day!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
