- If you are coming in today it is likely because you just want to get moving again after all the festivities & that is exactly the goal of todays class. Just. Start. Moving!
- Today choose a weight on the dumbbells that will enable you to go unbroken on them for the first 3 rounds at least.
- Watch out for those burpees, there may only be 9 of them but boy will they be felt or what!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
