Strength WoD: "One Moment In Time"

For Load:

Pause Back Squat

2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2

  • Lift a new set every 2:30.
  • Pause for three FULL seconds at the bottom on the first rep only. Regular tempo-no pause on the second.
  • Opening set to be 60% (of a CURRENT 1 rep max) and build from there safely.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
