For Load:
Pause Back Squat
2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 2

- Lift a new set every 2:30.
- Pause for three FULL seconds at the bottom on the first rep only. Regular tempo-no pause on the second.
- Opening set to be 60% (of a CURRENT 1 rep max) and build from there safely.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
