For Time:

- Some may view this as not a CrossFit Workout. We can assure you it is very much a CrossFit workout!
- One stream of the 10 General Physical Skills is Cardiovascular / Respiratory Endurance (The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen).
- Another is Stamina (The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilise energy).
- To help build these (as well as going anaerobic frequently) you need, at times, go aerobic & build capacity in that area.
- Make no mistake this isn't a stroll in the park. Its a good honest middle distance pursuit meant to be done as hard as you can "for time". (IF you really try to go at your fastest for this distance!).
- For all those that believe that they "don't need it", "don't want to do it". Or "can do this on my own of i wanted to". These are the folks that actually NEED IT THE MOST!!.
- Don't avoid it. We are only as fit as our weakest component of those 10 General Physical Skills.
- If this is your first go at this then set a mark today so that you can come back in the future and try to beat it. If you are coming back for a repeat attempt then don't shy away from the pressures of trying to beat a PR time. That is the whole point of setting a time in the first place!! Swallow the pride and get after it. Whether you beat an old time or not you WILL still get fit from this.
- Note: If you are Modifying away from the rower then you will hit the Assault bike for a 6 MILE time trial instead.
